What grades does Northside Christian School offer?

Northside Christian School offers Pre-K through 8th grade. Our program provides Christian education for students from preschool through middle school.

What are Northside Christian School's hours?

Northside Christian School's regular school day begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.

What time is school drop-off and pick-up? 

Students are allowed to be dropped off 15 minutes prior to the start of school, and must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after school ends. If a student has not been picked up by 2:15 PM, they will be entered into our Eagles Extended Care Program at a reasonable fee.

Is busing available for Northside Christian School students?

Yes. Busing is available to families who live within the Anoka-Hennepin School District #11 boundaries.

On days when Northside Christian School is in session but Anoka-Hennepin District #11 is not, busing will not be available. Families will need to make transportation arrangements for those days.

How will I know if school is closed or delayed?

Northside Christian School follows Anoka-Hennepin School District #11's school closure and delay decisions because Northside shares the district's busing system. School closures and delays are posted on WCCO-4, KSTP-5, KMSP-9, and KARE-11 by approximately 5:30 AM. Families can also sign up for notifications from these local TV stations to receive closure and delay alerts on their smartphones.

Is hot lunch offered at school? 

Yes. Northside Christian School offers hot lunch Monday through Thursday. The cost is $6.50 per meal or approximately $26 per week, depending on the number of meals ordered.

Does Northside Christian School offer after-school care?

Yes. Northside Christian School offers an extended care program for students after the regular school day. The program is available from 2:00–4:45 PM. Click here for our fee schedule.

Does Northside Christian School offer part-time kindergarten?

Yes! Northside Christian School offers a part-time kindergarten option called Kinder Kore. This program provides an additional kindergarten option for families looking for a part-time schedule. Learn more about Kinder Kore.

What extracurricular activities does Northside Christian School offer?

Northside Christian School offers a variety of arts, clubs, and extracurricular activities for students. We also provide opportunities for local homeschool students to participate in select activities and programs.
